I was up to the challenge of teaching Phant all of duskull and buizel's level up moves. It was a success~

Phantastic - fullbody +2, shading +2, background +2 (x50) = 300 levels
Learned from Buizel's learnset: Water Gun, Hydro Pump, Water Sport, Swift, Whirlpool, Aqua Tail, Growl, Pursuit, Agility, Quick Attack, Double Hit, Aqua Jet, and Razor Wind
Learned from Duskull's learnset: Shadow Ball, Will-o-Wisp, Curse, Hex, Future Sight, Payback, Shadow Sneak, Astonish, Foresight, Disable, Mean Look, and Confuse Ray

Edward - fullbody +2, shading +2, background +2 (x2), +10 gift levels = 22 levels
Learned:  Discharge


ZigZagLin's Cookie - fullbody +2, shading +2, background +2 (x4) = 24 levels
Learned: Growl and Vine Whip

Argentkirin's Precious - fullbody +2, shading +2, background +2 (x2) = 12 levels
Learned: That whirlpools suck. D=
