Pokecino's Racing Rapidash

In addition to its traditional casino services, Pokecino has amidst its property an oval track where six rapidash owned by the hotel participate in a monthly race. Throughout the rest of the month, the track is open and the horse pokemon are available for casual riding by residents. Each rapidash is bred from a champion bloodline- however, none have ever placed in an official race.

All of the hotel's rapidash have the ability Run Away and only one known move: Agility.


#1) Beginner's Luck

- Gender: Male ; Riding Difficulty: Beginner

A very safe, cautious horse, Beginner's Luck is a good pick for beginning riders. He has been known to stop and wait when a rider falls, and will not take any unnecessary risks, such as jumping over high obstacles-- including tall fences.

#2) Double or Nothing

- Gender: Male ; Riding Difficulty: Advanced

Playful and energetic, Double or Nothing can be a handful and needs an experienced rider to keep his excitement at bay. He loves to run, to the point of racing anything that will oblige him, and has a habit of taking things to entertain himself when left unwatched.

#3) Royal Flush

- Gender: Female ; Riding Difficulty: Advanced

Exceptionally stubborn and temperamental, Royal Flush is a difficult mare to handle and requires an advanced rider. She will not do anything she doesn't want to and will fight anyone who tries to force her otherwise. Warning: she bites.

#4) In the Money

- Gender: Male ; Riding Difficulty: Intermediate

Mellow yellow and overly friendly, In the Money is a rider's best friend-- who gets easily distracted by every living thing in the vicinity. He can be very curious and is a frequent nuzzler, wanting to shower everyone and everything in affection every chance he gets.

#5) Wild Card

- Gender: Female ; Riding Difficulty: Intermediate

A timid, gentle little mare, Wild Card doesn't live up much to her "wild" name but still requires some careful handling. She is liable to spook easily, from any sudden movement to any sudden noise-- she may bolt faster than you even see her go on the track.

#6) Gambler's Fallacy

- Gender: Male ; Riding Difficulty: Beginner

Patient and obediant Gambler's Fallacy is a learner's dream horse. He will move exactly at his rider's pace and no faster, following direction without hesitation and with ease, only sometimes compensating for a rider's lack of experience by performing based on his own.
