I'm not really going to bother stating here anything that hasn't already been said... the new logo sucks and it looks like a Z, a %, a cactus, etc... I've ranted enough on the Our Story journal as it is. I've said it. Everyone else has said it. It's been stated enough.
I do not support the new logo.
But whether the staff have elected to keep their heads up their asses and pretend we don't have valid points regarding their rebranding blunder, or if they've maybe timidly stepped back and muttered under their breath "Holy shit, they're right.", I'm afraid we're stuck with the thing until a time when the money invested in everything involving the rebrand doesn't bind us to its use. Fortunately, that doesn't mean we have to put up with it, get used to it, or learn to love it in all its fantastically un-deviant glory.
We can wait it out.
And never let them forget it.
Group Update
Due to technical difficulties imposed by the New DeviantArt, Pokecino will be closing down here and seeking an alternative host for group activities. We thank everyone who has joined us in the past few years and hope that our friends and watchers will continue to follow us when we find ourselves a new home. Feel free to continue to watch us in the meantime, as we will update when we've found one! Good luck to everyone and we wish you well in these difficult times!

Yeah, the navigation on Eclipse is absolutely unacceptable. I'm going to be about for awhile longer as I wrap things up and look for an alternative site to move to, but sadly doubt that I'll be posting art much now as the new layout has killed my groups and every theme seems to be too blinding for me to endure for long periods of time. I might post up a new journal here later once I find a new home to move my art to, but I think this might be it for now. It was truly great being here, DA... until you did this.
Last Push for Adopts
Eclipse is supposed to hit tomorrow so I'm trying to wrap up as many things as I can. XD
I've got a few adopts that I'm hoping to get homed with someone who will use them. Priority goes to anyone in any ARPG groups, preferably. I don't really want any points right now so I'm just gonna ask for art in exchange so I can get levels for some of my pokemon.

Hey so... if you're working on a new journal skin for your profile, you might want to stop right now. Or make peace with the fact that it might be rendered useless soon after you finish.
DeviantART is getting rid of custom journal skins as part of their Eclipse revamp. No more CSS on the site, because their shitty mobile app apparently can't handle it.
Just a heads up. In case you were thinking of buying Core for Christmas or something.

Some say they feel "mistreated". *fans self frantically* I have been SO WRONGED. *rolls eyes* Like someone actually compared it to the Redskin logo as if this little Z represented... ohhh... six hundred years of oppression shoved into an icon.
It sucks, but it's not some great slap in the face that will affect our children's children.
